Slow Life

Slow down and enjoy life. It's not only the scenery you miss by going too fast - you also miss the sense of where you are going and why. ― Eddie Cantor

Living my life with intention, sustainability and mindfulness. Doing things with a purpose. That’s what meant to be a Slow Life.

This kind of lifestyle is something that I’ve been into and that I’m still going further, evolving & changing. It’s a learning practice. When we want to change we need to put effort and dedication every day, because only wishing will not bring you the results… your goals… and the changes that are a step stone for a promising future. Changing is like a muscle that needs to be worked, to get stronger.

The simple things are the best. They are the real fulfillment of this Life.

Waking up in the early morning. Stretching my body. And having an un-rushed breakfast.

Devoting time for myself. And the ones that I love.

Enjoying a cup of tea or brewed coffee.

Knitting garments with sustainable yarn.

Knowing where things came from.

Going out for a walk in the nature.

Enjoying my pets dearly.

Reading.

Enjoying the days no matter what. Being kind & grateful, always.

Capture subtle moments of the everyday with my lens. The unplanned moments of life. Raw & Honest. Simple & Mundane. Moments that I imagined spinning forever.

The little things? The little moments? They aren't little. ― Jon Kabat-Zinn
